The Credit Exchange Corporation, a leader in the debt management service industry, is now looking for talented inside Sales Agents to join our state of the art call center in Orange County.

Job Summary:
Under management supervision, conducts activities associated with helping customers better understand their choices by referring them to companies that offer a wide range of financial services for the purpose of debt reduction and savings programs designed to build financial security.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Successfully meets or exceeds revenue goals, productivity requirements, established targets, and conversion rates by utilizing structured and sound telephone-based approaches * Execute and follow through on established processes including qualifying, breaking preoccupation and overcoming objections * Successfully qualify prospective clients through inbound live calls and outbound calls * Effectively memorizes and recites the Companys scripts, computers, software applications, presentations and productivity tools (databases, pricing tools) * Establishes and maintains a high level of client satisfaction in all transactions * Properly identifies and summarizes all types of call dispositions in a call log with detail, ensuring accurate and timely input of client information while resolving any conflicts * Emphasizes on Pace, Energy and Technique to properly identify clients needs * Follows up on calls, payment dates and cancelations from prospects and clients that leave voice messages and emails. * Manages client status types and the leads that are generated through the Companys marketing activities * Ensures accurate and timely communication to processors, verification, compliance and other departments * Performs related duties as assigned

* High level of energy, optimism, Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow * Persistence as well as patience; high level of professionalism and integrity * Proficiency (or working knowledge of) Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Windows XP
Experience:
* High School or Equivalent; some college coursework a plus * Successful track record in a fast-paced sales environment * Minimum 1 year experience in sales with a customer service focus preferred * Familiarity with sales concepts
Skills and Abilities:
* Strong presentation, organization, problem solving and time management skills * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Strong negotiation, objection handling and relationship-building skills * Ability to deliver memorized presentations * Ability to take direction and work on a team * Ability to read, count, type and write to accurately complete all documentation
Work Conditions:
* Professional business office environment * Ability to work scheduled hours 10AM - 7PM Monday - Friday with optional Saturdays. * Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
